All physical orders are handmade, custom-blended, or prepared with care. Standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, or the postal transit period.

Due to high order volumes, processing times may occasionally extend beyond the usual timeframe. Delays may also occur due to supply shortages, postal strikes, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified via email if their order is expected to be significantly delayed.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail / courier service with tracking provided where applicable. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the customer’s location and the chosen postal method.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. Coco’s Cauldron is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal services.

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact Coco’s Cauldron at cococauldron@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so the matter can be investigated. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
